Responsibility
- Process and manage bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave balances.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports, tax documents, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies with professionalism and discretion.
- Support recruitment processes, including onboarding new hires and conducting exit interviews.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs, such as performance reviews, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, payroll administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or local payroll systems).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing in the Philippines or Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
