Responsibility
- Manage and process employee benefits, including health insurance, leave requests, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by verifying timekeeping records, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts, orientation materials, and exit interviews.
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g., DOLE, BIR) to ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with labor laws.
- Support recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to assist management in workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, employee benefits, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and payroll processing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is a plus.
