Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to payroll.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and other payroll-related filings.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
