Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and employee retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
