Responsibility
- Administer and process government-mandated benefits, including SSS, BPJS, and other statutory contributions, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle end-to-end employee loan applications, disbursements, and repayments in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee benefits records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual benefits reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies aligned with local labor laws and company objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding benefits eligibility, claims, and entitlements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits, with a focus on government-mandated benefits processing.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, SSS, BPJS, and other statutory benefits.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with local Indonesian HR software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
