Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to upskill employees and align them with business goals.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture through team-building activities and leadership development.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize HR strategies and report on key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or talent management (Senior HR Executive). Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply for HR Executive roles.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address employee concerns and organizational challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with ATS tools is advantageous.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor junior HR staff and collaborate cross-functionally with department heads.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces change as part of a scaling organization.
