In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions such as Baristas, Store Managers, and F&B operational staff, ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates to elevate our brand.

Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Barista, Store Manager, and F&B operational roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for cultural and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring metrics and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
