Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Barista, Store Manager, and F&B operational roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for cultural and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring metrics and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level operational roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
