Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Handle foreign worker management, including visa applications, work permits, and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, particularly related to foreign worker management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
