Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top engineering and robotics talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative techniques and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate quality.
- Promote employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends in engineering, robotics, and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering or robotics.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tech and startup ecosystem is a plus.
