Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create tailored hiring plans.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and compliance records.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners to enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or recruitment-focused role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
