Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job portals, and professional networks to source top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Organize and facilitate employee development workshops and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Passion for training and development with experience in designing learning programs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
