Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and work permits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions to support career development and retention.
- Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and align them with company goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and create strategic workforce plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
