Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics for management review.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companyâs reputation as a top employer in Bali.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Stay updated on labor laws, HR trends, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates in a competitive job market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or similar tools).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
