Responsibility
- Design, evaluate, and refine compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to inform compensation strategies.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to manage compensation budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead communication efforts to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies.
- Partner with talent acquisition to design attractive offer packages for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic compensation plans.
- Experience working in a multinational or large-scale organization is preferred.
