Responsibility
- Ensure all HR policies, SOPs, and employment contracts comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and employees to address labor relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead negotiations during labor disputes, collective bargaining, or grievance procedures.
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate employment-related risks and ensure compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs on labor laws, company policies, and workplace ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP, Industrial Relations, or a similar role, preferably in Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiations, and employee relations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) or labor law is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
