Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and job platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
