Responsibility
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary HR consultant for assigned business units, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement programs and analyze feedback to implement actionable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and fostering a fair workplace.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent and streamline onboarding processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to cultivate an inclusive work environment.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analytics is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting and adapt to evolving business needs.
