Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and industries.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using data-driven methodologies to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruitment, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
