Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and department heads to prepare workstations, access credentials, and orientation materials.
- Verify and process employment documentation (contracts, tax forms, background checks) in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and maintain onboarding checklists, workflows, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct virtual or in-person onboarding sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and role-specific expectations.
- Monitor onboarding metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, satisfaction scores) and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Resolve onboarding-related inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate teams with proposed solutions.
- Stay updated on labor laws, data privacy regulations, and best practices in HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or recruitment, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and international onboarding standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
