Responsibility
- Assist in the analysis and benchmarking of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Support the administration of total rewards programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and recognition initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather and analyze data for rewards-related reporting and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and communication of employee benefits packages, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance employee experience through rewards and recognition strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for HR leadership reviews and decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in total rewards to provide innovative recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and tasks as needed to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards with a desire to build a career in HR.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and market trends in compensation and benefits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or related fields is advantageous but not required.
