You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to build candidate pipelines, screen profiles, and contribute to hiring strategies that drive business growth. Responsibility
- Conduct proactive candidate searches using job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential talent.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role specifications and refine sourcing strategies.
- Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.).
- Track and document sourcing activities, including candidate responses and pipeline metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices to improve sourcing efficiency.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Passion for connecting talent with opportunities and a proactive attitude toward learning.
