Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee work permit renewals, cancellations, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Coordinate and arrange training programs for staff and workers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal details, and work permits.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and work permit regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
