Responsibility
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our programs remain industry-leading.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align compensation structures with budgetary constraints and business objectives.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead employee communication efforts to educate staff on benefits offerings and enrollment processes.
- Evaluate and enhance total rewards programs to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and leadership.
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
