Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
