Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various banking and support functions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview evaluation criteria.
- Proactively source passive candidates through professional networking, social media, and digital talent platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and competency-based interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain an accurate and compliant talent database while providing regular reporting on key recruitment metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to position Bank of China as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws and market trends within the Malaysian banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable hiring insights.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
