Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various banking and support functions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview evaluation criteria.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through professional networking, social media, and digital talent platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and competency-based interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain an accurate and compliant talent database while providing regular reporting on key recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to position Bank of China as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and market trends within the Malaysian banking industry.
