Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a seamless, positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia is a plus.
