Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for healthcare roles in Malaysia and Australia.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, assess candidates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build and nurture relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Australian and Malaysian labor markets is a plus.
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
