Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for employer clients, ensuring seamless communication and high levels of satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Consulting, Business Development, and Operations) to align recruitment strategies with client needs and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, and senior executives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement tailored recruitment solutions to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Monitor industry trends and market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates and smooth onboarding processes.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or employer engagement roles, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships in a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, or Bullhorn).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or local equivalents) are a strong advantage.
