Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with finance and external providers as needed.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Manage office administration, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia/Philippines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
