Responsibility
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
- Design and deliver instructional programs using modern learning methodologies (e.g., e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training).
- Develop and monitor KPIs for training effectiveness, measuring ROI and employee performance improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Implement evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to assess training impact and iterate on programs.
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from content creation to post-training support and feedback collection.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture future-ready managers and supervisors.
- Stay updated on HR development trends and integrate best practices into company training strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or Learning & Development roles.
- Proven expertise in TNA, KPI design, instructional design, and training evaluation techniques.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to tailor programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday) is a plus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or training (e.g., ATD) are highly advantageous.
- Passion for continuous improvement and a data-driven approach to HR development.
