Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration under the guidance of senior HR staff.
- Provide general support to employees by addressing HR-related inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
