Responsibility
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of labor-related cases, including employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct research on local and national labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to support HR policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for labor relations matters.
- Support the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor standards.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops on labor laws and employee rights for staff and management.
- Maintain confidential records and databases related to labor relations cases and employee disputes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and coordination of HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Legal Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in labor relations, employment law, and HR compliance.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.
