Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for local and international hires.
  • Oversee employee administration, including contract management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including work permits, visas, and compliance-related files for expatriates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate company asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Assist in employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting exit interviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in HR administration, recruitment, or general affairs.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience handling expatriate documentation (KITAS, work permits, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
