Responsibility
- Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
- Maintain and update training records and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
