Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support business growth.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage timekeeping, payroll processing, and compensation & benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices to mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance) and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
