Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and wellness activities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines and Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM or PHR, is an advantage.
