Responsibility
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate employee wellbeing, job satisfaction, and organizational climate.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
- Design and analyze employee surveys to identify areas for improvement in workplace culture and engagement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and counseling to employees to enhance performance and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Collaborate with HR to create policies that promote mental health, work-life balance, and diversity & inclusion.
- Assess and recommend organizational changes to improve productivity and reduce turnover.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of psychological interventions using data-driven metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends in industrial-organizational psychology and apply best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Industrial-Organizational Psychology preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and workplace intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and cultural workplace dynamics.
- Certification in coaching, counseling, or HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
