Responsibility
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job requisition to onboarding, for a variety of roles across the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Employer Branding: Enhance JLLâs reputation as an employer of choice through compelling job postings, career pages, and candidate communications.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring activities adhere to local labor laws and JLLâs diversity and inclusion policies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate, property management, or related sectors is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English; ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.
