Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with retail teams to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to improve business strategies.
- Participate in employee training and development programs, helping to design and deliver engaging sessions.
- Contribute to retail operations by assisting in inventory management, store layouts, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in retail and HR best practices.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on HR metrics, internship progress, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, or retail operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, retail, or customer service is a plus.
