Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires with orientation and documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, collaborating with finance teams as needed.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
