Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.
- Manage BPJS (health and social security) registrations and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety (K3) policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Handle legal documentation, including employment contracts, permits, and labor-related filings.
- Develop and maintain industrial relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work culture.
- Coordinate factory operational support, including workforce planning, attendance tracking, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and K3 regulations.
- Proven experience in payroll management, industrial relations, and legal compliance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Badung, Bali are preferred.
