Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences by maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various industries and job levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with remote or hybrid work environments is highly desirable.
