As part of our Group Service team, you will oversee critical HR functions, including employee administration, BPJS management, tax compliance, and HRIS implementation. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent while maintaining seamless HR processes.

Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Administer BPJS (social security) and tax compliance for all employees, ensuring timely submissions.
- Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and terminations in alignment with labor laws.
- Coordinate with outsourced staff vendors to ensure service quality and contractual adherence.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for accurate data management.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Assist in HR policy development and employee relations initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
