Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in corporate and operational roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Represent A.Taberna Foods Inc. at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in the food, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s labor market and employment regulations is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or recruitment is advantageous.
