Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Manresa, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador, identifying and attracting high-caliber professionals who align with our company culture and strategic objectives.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and talent mapping to screening and final onboarding. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right people to drive our business success.
Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and contract generation.
- Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a corporate or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and digital recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume hiring without compromising quality.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and recruitment KPIs.
