Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting the company’s mission, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR).
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
