Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and boost morale.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fair and constructive feedback loops.
- Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering open communication.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of programs and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with a focus on culture development and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
