Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Design and execute employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career growth initiatives.
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global best practices.
- Drive employee well-being initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to address organizational challenges and optimize HR operations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR policy implementation.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and global HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
