Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the solar project site, including attendance, payroll, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and project-specific HR regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for site-based employees and contractors.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the project’s needs, including safety protocols and workforce diversity initiatives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to maintain accuracy in documentation and adherence to legal standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with project milestones.
- Organize training programs to enhance employee skills, safety awareness, and project-specific competencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in industrial settings.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as required.
