This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of Rp 3,500,000 to Rp 4,500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Join us and be part of a team that values professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibility
- Manage employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Oversee the preparation, renewal, and termination of employment contracts (PKWT) and adendums in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and absenteeism, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, and HR operational documents to streamline processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and ensure company compliance with all legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, generalist roles, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
